Returns and Refunds:

1. Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order, provided the foils are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Refunds: Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

5. Exchanges: exchanges are not accepted. If you wish to ‘exchange’ your item, you need to follow the return process and place a new order.
